Caretta, Sea Turtle Museum

I recently went to a sea turtle museum in Tokushima, Japan. The museum is named Caretta, after the loggerhead turtle.

One of the displays was a real life representation of the size of the largest sea turtle, the leatherback. I never got a chance to see a leatherback mother (only tons of babies! so cute), so it was really awesome for me to get a good perspective of how big they really are.

This could be us, lying on the sand, side by side. =)
